Discovered 30 new titles of so called 'medieval fantasy role-playing games' from MobyGames browser and add them on the list + preparing to play "all-those-games-I-couldn't-play-before-due-to-weak-PC-and-lack-of-time", which are:
Gothic 2 + NR - playing atm, checking the english version + Winter Mod (whole Khorinis in snow! :D ...too bad I can't play more than 1 mod at the same time :() + developing as a marksman which I've never really tried in G2
Gothic 3 - people say it's a crap but I must check it on my own
Risen - same as above
The Witcher - used to play a year ago, but still haven't ended it
Planescape: Torment - for many it's best cRPG ever made, but when I played I've got bored fast after first location. still, gonna give this game another chance

Vampire The Masquerade: Redemption
Neverwinter Nights - used to play on old PC on worst settings and...hate this game for its graphics. gonna try this time again

Jade Empire - seems to be consolized (what probably means crappy), but again: I want to play it on my own
Dragon Age - how it went? "spiritual successor of Baldur's Gate"? good joke. anyway, I'm going to check it too
Oblivion - didn't quite like Morrowind so let's see how I'm going to like Oblivion

I've also had some plans for ending whole Fallout saga (still have some saves from february), ending again Icewind Dale saga (because I've never end 1 add-on in 1st part and still haven't end 2nd with my munchkin), try all those Baldur's Gate mods (still I haven't even played few of those I've translated!) and finally end Heroes of Might&Magic 3 campaigns + every map (have even a list for it), but... if I do so I won't have much time left for playing all those new games for the first time, which seems to be more entertaining. Case of priority.
And while talking about priority... I think I'm terribly neglecting my education lately ;o I mean, inspiration and fun is good, but playing games doesn't make me a game developer. Need a motivation, vein, something...but I always end bored and tired of enforcing myself :-/

Kampanie w H3 są nudne, ale żeby po prawie 10 latach jeszcze ich nie przejść? tylko SoD skończyłem, 4 lata temu ;o

Do gier typu BG to już chyba nigdy nie wrócę. Grałem rok temu w Icewinda 2 i myślałem że mi oczy wypali. Człowiek się już chyba zbytnio przyzwyczaił do fotorealistycznego obrazu rodem z Crysisa. Przez miałem nawet problem żeby się przełamać do gry w Wiedźmina...
ReplyDeleteKampanie w h3 są chyba po prostu za długie, może dlatego tak się nużą. Ja chyba tylko zaliczyłem 1. Zawsze wolałem gry w mniejsze mapy lub ich tworzenie a teraz interesuję się modyfikacjami samej gry.
IT jest bardziej dochodowe, no chyba że zostaniesz kimś pokroju Eminema.

Przedwczoraj przeszedłem jedynkę i parę ciekawych rzeczy odkryłem. Zagłębiłem się też w "Biblię Fallouta" :D
ReplyDeleteAle dwójki chyba nie przejdę. Przypomniało mi się że miałem pewnego buga wcześniej, który w końcu przestał działać, ale to po dłuższym czasie. Najgorsze jest to, że ten bug jest na samym końcu gry a z nim przejść grę jest ZAJEBIŚCIE trudno. Nie chce mi się grać tylko po to żeby przed końcem zakończyć grę ;P.
A o patchach nie słyszałeś?
